A bit about me
I am a Social and Cultural Anthropologist turned UX Designer and Engineer, currently based in Menorca (though I originally come from a tiny town near Barcelona you’ve probably never heard of).
My path into UX wasn’t a straight line. During the pandemic, I worked as a healthcare assistant (a crash course in empathy, resilience, and communication under pressure). It turns out, those same skills are at the heart of what makes great user experiences.
Today, I specialize in creating user-centered designs rooted in empathy, field research, and holistic thinking. Whether redesigning complex cybersecurity platforms or helping users navigate digital spaces with ease, my approach always stays grounded: human-centered, research-driven, and thoughtfully crafted.
When I'm not crafting experiences, you'll find me exploring new places, boxing, learning something random, or indulging in truly terrible movies.
On the side, I also run a small initiative supporting people living with chronic conditions; because design, like life, is about making things a little better for someone else.
My Design Philosophy
People first. Always
At the core of my work is a simple belief: design should serve people, not the other way around. Every project I take on begins by listening: to users’ needs, hopes, frustrations, and aspirations. Years of field research and hands-on experience have taught me that real success comes when you genuinely connect with the human experience behind the screen.
Holistic thinking, not isolated fixes
A product is never just a collection of screens or features. It's a living system where every element (big or small) interacts and shapes the overall experience. I approach design with a systems-thinking mindset, making sure every choice fits naturally into the larger whole, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.
Simplicity as a superpower
True simplicity isn’t about stripping things down until they're empty;it's about digging deep until the essence of the problem reveals itself. Only by fully understanding complexity can we design solutions that feel effortless, intuitive, and truly helpful.
Designing with empathy and intention
Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, ease a burden, or brighten a day. Whether it’s helping cybersecurity teams detect threats faster, or creating settings spaces that users can actually enjoy navigating, I strive to design experiences that are functional, meaningful, and emotionally resonant.
